Flood information is required on all New AND Renewal applications. This information should include the flood zone, name of the flood insurer, the flood policy number, flood policy expiration date, and flood coverage limits. If the risk is located in a zone where flood insurance is not required, please give us the appropriate flood zone and write "None" in the space provided for flood insurer.
